on the other hand this source of fake conferences is used to send much Spam to everybody. They ask money for publication in their fake journals. I do not know if the IEEE Sponsors these fake conferences. Since IEEE is fake itself, we can not exclude the case that IEEE is behind the fake society AICIT.ORG well-known for several bogus conferences.
